This Privacy Policy explains how Hunter Data (“Hunter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Hunter Pulse at pulse.hunterdata.ai. Hunter Pulse provides regulatory, financial-crime, entity, market, and related intelligence services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, organization, password-derived authentication credentials, subscription level, preferences, support communications, and information you submit through the service.

Service and security information

Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, request time, requested page, referring page, browser and device information, authentication events, session identifiers, and error or security signals. Selected authenticated actions—such as administrative changes and professional archive searches—may be recorded in an audit log with the acting account and IP address.

Usage analytics

Hunter Pulse uses Google consent mode with analytics storage denied by default. Before consent, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may also use analytics cookies and process page and module views, approximate location, device and browser category, referral information, and interaction events. We do not send account passwords, source-document contents, or intentionally send direct account identifiers to Google Analytics.

4. Cookies and local storage

Hunter Pulse uses essential session cookies to keep signed-in users authenticated and local storage for choices such as analytics consent. Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied; with consent, it may set analytics cookies. You can decline analytics without losing access to the service and can reopen your privacy choices from the Pulse footer.

5. Service providers and integrations

We may disclose limited information to vendors that help us operate Hunter Pulse, including our cloud-hosting and security providers, Google Analytics when you consent, Massive for server-side market-data requests, and Hunter services such as LINKS and optional NominoData enrichment. Market-data requests are made by our server; your browser is not sent directly to Massive for Pulse’s native market charts.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive approximate geographic information and states that IP addresses are discarded before data is logged. We configure Analytics without Google Signals or advertising-personalization signals. Google’s processing is governed by its own terms and policies. You may withdraw consent at any time through Privacy Settings.

7. Retention

We retain account and service records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Security and audit records may be retained for a reasonable compliance period. Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property. We periodically review retention needs and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, protected production secrets, and hashed authentication credentials. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may decline analytics through the consent prompt. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

10. Children

Hunter Pulse is a professional service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
